Detective Radden & Officer Elston had an amazing day representing the W&M Police Department at the 2026 Law Enforcement Career Fair! The weather was perfect, they met a lot of great people and enjoyed a fun filled day of food trucks, music, and Dunk-A-Cop. A big thank you to the VA Law Enforcement Foundation for hosting this wonderful event and to everyone who came out and stopped by our table! WMPD is proud of our officers and their dedication to the community!

We are extremely proud to announce that Officer Rodney Howard is the recipient of the Golden Griffin!! This is award for an individual that goes above and beyond to reinforce the values of our university. SVP Ginger Ambler presented the award last week and AVP Cliff Everton and Chief of Police Don Butler were on hand to congratulate him! Way to go Officer Howard!
