Recent dry vegetation on a property in Willcox caught fire and placed a nearby home and neighbors at risk. Thankfully, the fire was contained before more serious damage occurred, but this incident serves as an important reminder of the dangers posed by overgrown w**ds and vegetation.

The City of Willcox is actively enforcing w**d and vegetation regulations to help reduce fire hazards and protect our community. Property owners are responsible for maintaining their lots, yards, and adjacent alleys by removing w**ds and vegetation that create safety concerns.
