Our Teacher Proud Tuesday recipient for September is Cameron Hardesty, P.E. teacher at Willard High School!

Since joining Willard last year, Coach Hardesty has consistently demonstrated what it means to put students first. His flexibility and willingness to step in wherever he is needed—whether teaching different subjects or serving in different buildings—reflect his commitment to supporting our students and district.

No matter what is asked of him, Coach Hardesty brings a positive attitude and energy that makes an impact on his students and those around him. We are proud to recognize Coach Hardesty and grateful to have him as part of the Willard team!

Drop Off Procedures:

“Please excuse the cruelty of this model, it’s not to scale” Dr. Emmet Brown (Back to the Future)

Please plan ahead for tomorrow morning and the first few mornings to be a little earlier for school drop off! The doors to school do not open until 7 am for students, they may be dropped off prior but they will not have access to inside building until 7 am.

*Please avoid turning left into the bus lane between 7 am -7:20 am*

When you drop off, please don’t drop off one at a time. When vehicles come to a stop, dismiss at around 4-5 vehicles at a time with students exiting directly to their right onto the sidewalk. This will help keep traffic flowing and keep drop off time minimal. Very important that we only drop off in the right lane and leave the left lane as a through lane only.

Use caution when approaching the red crosswalk for pedestrians and students!

WHS Tiger Kickoff is about to get under way with 9th grade only beginning at 4 pm - 5 pm!

10-12th grade are from 5-7 pm this evening! All students and parents will enter from the New gym doors located in the back of the school!

Looking forward to seeing everyone back in the building!

Down South Fried Fish and I Love Tacos food trucks are on site as well by the activities entrance!

Our Willard Navy Jr ROTC Drone Program is putting skills into action by working with real clients and gaining new experience in drone photography & videography by partnering with a local real estate agent for an upcoming home listing!

Along the way, students are building communication, problem-solving, technical, and professional skills that will serve them well beyond high school.
