The following areas of focus will form the strategic framework from 2022 through 2027, which Huron County Community Library will use to increase intellectual resources, and provide enriched programming, while maximizing the potential of each employee.

The Board of Trustees, Library Administration, and the Library Management Team will work as a collaborative team to provide forward-thinking leadership, communicate progress, and apply honest assessments of the strategic focus to support our employees and the patrons we serve.
