🇺🇸 Memorial Day Parade & Remembrance Ceremony 🇺🇸

On Monday, May 25, the community is invited to come together in remembrance of the brave men and women who fought for the freedoms we enjoy as residents of the United States.

American Legion Post 514 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3430 are partnering to honor Armed Forces veterans-past and present-and to recognize those who were prisoners of war (POW) or remain missing in action (MIA).

Veterans who wish to participate in the parade are welcome to assemble at the Willard VFW (19 Woodland Avenue) at 9:00 AM. Community members are encouraged to line the parade route—North Myrtle Avenue, Front Street, Spring Street, and U.S. Route 99—beginning at 10:00 AM to show their support.

A ceremony at the cemetery will follow immediately after the parade, featuring remarks from Willard Police Officer and United States Marine Corps veteran Jonathon Cerritos.
