- OWNER ALERT is a FREE SERVICE provided by the Wilkes County Register of Deeds.
- We use cutting-edge technology with 24/7 monitoring to safeguard your home and property title from fraudulent theft.
- The service sends email notifications to subscribed property owners whenever a document is recorded in our office under the name or names you registered.
- When you sign up, you will begin to receive automated email alerts for documents recorded under the name or names you have registered.
- You can register up to 10 different names and/or 10 properties per email address.
- The email alerts include the recording information and a link to view the document and index information, at no charge to you.
- Keep in mind that this service applies only to documents recorded after your subscriber registration is activated.
Signing up is easy.

- Click on the "property notification site" link.
