The In-School Youth Program (ISY) was created under a law passed by Congress in 2014. This law is called the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) which created programs to help youth prepare for adulthood. While enrolled, youth are eligible for many activities based not only on what they NEED...but also what they WANT from life. The key factors in this program are the desire to improve

life, willingness to work with staff on earning their certification or diploma, and the determination to find a job or be placed at college or in the military.
