New Beginnings Drop-In Center and Montrose Mental Health Supported Living recently held their 30th annual tree planting ceremony at Blue Ridge Park in New Milford in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Each year, members of New Beginnings select a new location within Susquehanna County to plant a tree or lilac bush. Over the years, they have contributed to beautifying the community by planting at local schools, municipal buildings, and parks throughout the county.
