It’s Never Easy to Say Goodbye..

Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate and say a heartfelt goodbye to our wonderful Executive Director, Samantha, as she begins a new chapter in her journey.

While we are excited for what lies ahead for her, we simply can’t let her go without saying how much she will be missed. Samantha has touched so many lives through her kindness, compassion, leadership, and genuine care for our residents, families, and team.

Some people leave a workplace, but they leave behind so much more than an empty office, they leave behind memories, friendships, laughter, lessons, and a lasting piece of their heart.

Samantha, thank you for every encouraging word, every helping hand, every smile, and every moment you poured into our community. Your presence has made a difference, and the impact you've had will continue long after your last day.

We are grateful for the time we were blessed to have you with us, and although saying goodbye is difficult, we choose to celebrate you, your accomplishments, and the beautiful journey ahead.

You will always be a part of our community family. You will be missed more than words can say. And you will never be forgotten.

September is World Alzheimer’s Month—a time to raise awareness, encourage understanding, and recognize the millions of individuals and families whose lives are impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. 💜

At Grace Management, our approach to memory care is rooted in person-centered care. Through The Village Program®, we focus on understanding each individual—their life story, preferences, routines, interests, and abilities—to create meaningful experiences and provide support that honors who they are.

This World Alzheimer’s Month, we encourage everyone to learn more, challenge misconceptions, and help build greater understanding and compassion for those impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Our residents are getting their kicks on Route 66! 👟🛣️

Beginning September 1, residents across Grace Management communities will take part in our Route 66 Walking Challenge—a friendly competition that turns movement into a 2,448-mile journey from Chicago to Santa Monica.

From daily walks and community strolls to water aerobics, fitness classes, and more, residents can turn all kinds of movement into steps as their communities work their way toward each Route 66 milestone. It’s about more than counting steps. It’s about staying active, having fun, building connections, and enjoying a little friendly competition along the way!

We can’t wait to see where the journey takes our communities. Follow along as our residents get moving, reach milestones, and make their way down Route 66!

Our associates have been taking on challenges like:
