We do this by bringing together many aspects of the investigative and therapeutic processes under one roof, in an child-focused atmosphere.

This week on Behind the CACSCenes, weโ€™re sharing our mid-year forensic interview statistics, highlighting an important step in a childโ€™s journey toward healing and justice.

Through our partnership with the EMCU, forensic interviews are conducted on-site in a child-focused, trauma-informed environment designed to help children feel safe and supported. These specially trained professionals approach every interview with compassion and care, gathering important information while reducing the need for children to repeatedly share difficult experiences.

We are incredibly grateful for the EMCU team and their dedication to the children and families we serve. Their partnership is an essential part of our mission, and we are proud to work alongside them

Madeline earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work from Wichita State University. Before joining the CACSC, she built her career working in schools, most recently serving as a Behavioral Categorical Social Worker. She values the organization's collaborative approach and appreciates the welcoming, supportive environment where team members are always willing to help one another. She is especially grateful to be part of a workplace that encourages both personal and professional growth.
