McConnell Airman Leadership School (ALS) Our staff consists of a Commandant and three certified PME Instructors.

All are committed toward helping each student successfully complete ALS and learn the skills necessary to be a successful supervisor and leader in today's Air Force.

McConnell ALS is proud to announce the graduation of Class 23-E1 of Pease Air Force Base!
Team McConnell was able to support Pease ANGB by sending our instructor, Staff Sergeant Austin Thoreen, to instruct the first ever ALS class at their base!
We are excited to continue to support Pease in the future and to help provide outstanding leaders and supervisors!
