Air Evac Lifeteam 34 - Wichita Falls, TX Air Evac Lifeteam is the largest Air Ambulance Service in the United States. Air Evac Lifeteam began in West Plain, MO in 1985.

We have been dedicated to providing access to definitive health care for rural North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 2003. In 2003 they opened the Wichita Falls base which was their first base in Texas. One of our flight medics, Nathan Simpson, experienced the worst nightmare any parent could ever have. Early this morning his son, Kaiden, passed away from injuries he sustained in an accident.
