Wichita Falls Area Crime Stoppers Partnering with law enforcement, media, and citizens to build a safer community through anonymous tips and public awareness.

Crime Stoppers is a locally-run, nonprofit, community program controlled by the civilian volunteers who oversee the program, raise funds, receive anonymously-provided crime solving information, and make reward payments.

The Wichita Falls Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the individuals involved in a reported shooting incident.

📍 This incident occurred on April 11th, 2026 around 3:00 PM in the 500 block of Tulsa.

📸 Do you recognize the individuals in these photographs? Because we'd really like to have a chat with them… preferably sooner rather than later.

🕵️ This case is still under investigation under Case #26-040575, and the individuals involved have not yet been identified.

The Wichita Falls Police Department is asking for your help locating Ray Kelley Jr., who is wanted in connection to the Back End Bar murder investigation on Sheppard Access Rd. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

This isn’t something to scroll past. If you were out that night, heard anything, or know where he’s been, say something. Even a small detail could be what investigators need.

Do not approach. Contact law enforcement if you know his location.

🚨 FRESH 48 🚨

Wichita Falls… we need to talk.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, 05/10/2026 around 4 A.M., officers were called out to the Back End bar in the 2500 block of Sheppard Access Rd after reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to United Regional Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

The victim has been identified as Shedarius Cochran. Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

Right now, Detectives with the WFPD are still working to identify the person or persons responsible. That’s where you come in. Somebody saw something. Somebody knows something.

Don’t assume someone else will say it. Don’t sit on it. One tip could be the difference between justice and another case going cold.
