The 48th Annual Ketner’s Mill Fair is back Saturday & Sunday, October 3–4, in Whitwell — East Tennessee’s Country Arts Fair. Two full days of handmade goods, country arts, live demonstrations, wagon rides, and a crowd that shows up ready to shop.

Forty-eight years of tradition has built a following that most fall fairs would love to have. If you make by hand, this is where you want to be standing in October.

The fall festival will continue each year… however, it is with regret that we announce that Ketner Mill will officially be closed to the public effective immediately.
We have enjoyed allowing members of our community to visit and enjoy the property at no cost. Unfortunately, we have recently begun receiving correspondence from attorneys representing individuals pursuing personal injury claims related to incidents that occurred on the property during recreational visits.
While we have always been happy to share this special place with others, the increasing legal risks, stress, and potential liability associated with public access have made it necessary for us to make this difficult decision.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who has respected and enjoyed Ketner Mill. However, in order to protect our family, our property, and our future, the mill and surrounding areas will now be closed to public access.

🎉 Exciting News! We have officially opened up vendor registration for the 48th Annual Ketner’s Mill Fair!

🍂 Returning vendors may apply at any time and receive priority placement.

✨ We will approve the first 30 non-returning vendors. After those spaces are filled, registration for new vendors will close until July 1.

📅 Beginning July 1, registration will reopen for everyone.

This beloved two-day tradition draws thousands of visitors each year for handcrafted goods, delicious food, live entertainment, and one of Tennessee’s most cherished fall experiences.
