☕ McKibben Elementary just wrapped up its first Coffee with the Principal event of the year!

The event welcomed parents to meet the McKibben team and learn how they'll be working together this school year. The event also included their annual Title I meeting.

HIT THE ATTENDANCE TARGET! 🎯

This week, we're aiming for a perfect attendance streak! Coming to school every day gives students more opportunities to practice skills, complete assignments, ask questions, work with classmates, and build confidence.

Think of attendance like hitting the bullseye: consistency matters!

Aim for 5 days this week!
Arrive on time!
Stay for the entire school day!
Keep your attendance streak going!

And remember, students with perfect attendance for the entire month of September will be entered into a drawing for a 2-pack of Knott’s Berry Farm tickets, courtesy of Think Together!

🎭🎶 Empathy took center stage at Lake Marie’s Masked Singer PBIS Assembly!

Students learned about the importance of understanding and supporting others—and they put it into action by encouraging the masked singers when they felt nervous to perform. 💛👏
