Dear Whittier and La Mirada Families, Friends, and Neighbors: We did it! After 99 percent of the votes have been counted, I can now announce that I will be the WUHSD Area 4 Trustee. I am honored and humbled by the support of the community. I want to thank every volunteer, contributor, and supporter who helped with the campaign. Running for office has been an inspirational life experience. I enjoyed meeting and conversing with the incredible families in our community and I will continue that communication over the next four years. I promise to work hard on behalf of our students, families, faculty, staff and administration. I also want to thank Leighton Anderson for his 25 years of service on the Board and wish him and his family the best going forward.
