Hill County CARES We seek to establish a trusting relationship between the youth of Hill County and First Responders in their Communities.

HCC is a team of devoted individuals who have a vision to see children of every age comfortable around Hill County police officers, sheriff deputies, firemen and EMS technicians.

General information

HCC will stress education, respect for others and tolerance among our fellow human beings. Through many of Hill County C.A.R.E.S. programs, we bring in fireman, EMS technicians and uniformed peace officers to speak to kids about these very issues.
