Due to some work today the water was shut off. There will be some air in the lines and cloudy look to the water. This can be resolved with letting your water run to help clear out the lines.

The water will be temporarily turned off this afternoon for a short period of time to fix a water leak. We will get it back on as soon as possible.

The City of Whiting will be hosting city wide clean up this month. There will be 2 dumpsters next to the fire department lot. One will be for scrap metal and the other for trash and household items. Please make sure all items make it into the dumpsters. We will NOT be accepting any tires or hazardous materials such as paint cans or oil containers. Please be mindful of bulky items by breaking them down as much as possible so as not to fill the dumpster. We hope to have everyone's cooperation with this so that we can provide this in the future.
