April is the Month of the Military Child. Sedalia 200 has designated the week of April 20-24 as "Purple Up for Military Kids" week, with each day having a dress-up theme.

Whiteman Elementary showed up and showed OUT with an incredible Purple Up Assembly and 1-Mile Walk! 💜

A huge thank you to our amazing community, command team, and all of the squadrons…even our fur-pups—who came out to support this special event.

Your presence made a powerful impact and truly demonstrated how much we value and appreciate the sacrifices of our military-connected families.

Special shout out to the MFRC for leading the way with their decked out Ranger!

Are you a graduating senior from a public school, private school, or homeschool program in the surrounding area? You’re invited to celebrate YOUR achievements at the Whiteman AFB Senior Recognition Ceremony!

Join us as we honor military-connected seniors and recognize your hard work, resilience, and accomplishments alongside your peers.
