Eligible Missouri Air National Guard members may qualify for the fiscal 2026 Summer Surge Bonus by signing a three-year enlistment contract.
Minimum qualifications include:
• Fewer than 16 years of service, based on pay date
• Within 90 days of expiration of term of service, or within 30 days if currently receiving a bonus
• Currently serving as a drill-status Guardsman
• Assigned to a valid unit manning document position and not serving in an excess status
Bonus eligibility is subject to all applicable program requirements and final approval.
