Whitehall FFA students visited the Wisconsin Cranberry Research and Education Foundation, where they explored how research, technology and innovation are shaping the future of agriculture!

Students learned about cranberry research and genetics, and even operated a robot used to demonstrate precision agriculture in one of Wisconsin’s most important crops. They also explored wildlife management, conservation and sustainability through stories and experiences from around the world.

From agriculture and conservation to entrepreneurship, students came away with new ideas and real-world connections that will continue to shape their learning!

When we do Throwback Thursday, we do it right. 🧡🖤

When this original Whitehall Class of ’93 shirt was spotted in the halls in preparation for homecoming week, we knew it needed its own Throwback Thursday!

The student wearing it is the daughter of one of its original owners, and that class of ’93 alum now works right here at Whitehall. Even better, they aren’t the only one. We have TWO members of the Class of ’93 on our staff!

Here is your challenge: Can you name them? Bonus points if you can figure out which one is the parent of our mystery student. Our student may be a little camera-shy, but she left you a clue… 👱‍♀️

Our first Middle School FLEX Learning Day is in the books! 🧡🖤

Last week, our 7th and 8th graders jumped into their first challenge of the year: Backpack Engineer!

Students worked together to design an innovative backpack for a specific customer, putting their creativity and ideas to the test. Along the way, they practiced communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, innovation, and even a little productive struggle!

FLEX Days are all about learning by doing. We’re excited to continue giving our students meaningful opportunities to take risks, tackle challenges, learn from one another, and build skills they’ll use far beyond the classroom.
