Our clinic will close tomorrow, May 21st, at noon.

If you need any blood work or new prescriptions we ask that you come in first thing in the morning so we may assist you. We hope that you enjoy the time this with weekend with friends and family. We look forward to to serving you on Tuesday, May 26th when we reopen for regular business hours.

Better sleep is the goal to help your body heal, renew and reset.

Working out is great too, but a lot of people work out in gyms under artificial light 💡

DYK that light activity, as opposed to a heavy workout, like walking, also showed a significant benefit.

More time spent in light movement outside correlated with slightly less disturbed sleep and better mental health.
