Slimming Expectations is a non-profit support group created by it's members. After spending a lot of money on many gym memberships and weight loss programs, we realized the best part was the weigh in and the support of our group. And we decide we could do that with the help of each other. At our meetings, we will share what we know what works for us. Helping each other to make healthy choices with

exercises, recipes, and activities. Our meeting will be about an hour. Agenda

Anyone wanting to learn to live a healthier life are invited to participate. We are not professionals, we share what works for us. Sharing online is free. Our meetings are free also, however, we ask for a $2 donation per person. $1 is donated to a chosen charity and $1 is for needed supplies such as copies, awards, door prizes, and so on.
