Calling all Teens (Ages 14-17), we are starting a new 3v3 basketball league with both a Boy's and Girl's Division! Grab your friends and an adult (18 years or older) who will be your team's Head Coach, to sign up as a squad, or sign up as a Free Agent!

Registration is open now through August 2nd for our Fall Men’s Basketball League. This league is for ages 17 and up, and you can sign up with friends for your team, or register as a free agent to be placed on a team.

This seminar is great for anyone interested in learning basic self-defense techniques in a supportive, educational environment.
