This program is free of charge, but the family must live in the North Greene School District . The North Greene Unit School District No. 3 Prevention Initiative Program is recognized and funded by the Illinois State Board of Education. Bright Futures birth-to-three program provides children and their families an opportunity to grow in positive ways. By promoting a literacy-rich environment, foster

ing imagination, and providing physical and emotional support, families are better equipped to help their children reach their maximum potential.
