Retirement is a process, not an event! Ask anyone who has traveled that road.

Why? Well, there’s just so much to consider and many questions to ask. Will you move or stay at your current location? Do you want to continue working, and if so, what kind of job would you like to find after retirement? Is being near extended family a priority? How will you use your life-long, well-earned military benefits – will you reside near a military installation or VA facility?

In addition to all the federal benefits you’ve earned, the My Army Benefits website also has benefits offered by U.S. states and territories.

Visit https://myarmybenefits.us.army.mil/Benefit-Library/State/Territory-Benefits to help you make the right decisions for you and your family!
