TWDB’s Water Weekly: This summer's high temperatures and limited precipitation have taken a toll on the Texas landscape. The latest drought map for conditions as of August 25 shows the largest one-week drought expansion since June 2008. TWDB’s Water Weekly: The latest drought map for conditions as of August 18 shows the fourth consecutive week of drought expansion. During the last four weeks, drought has expanded 14 percentage points, and now 42 percent of the state is abnormally dry and vulnerable to drought expansion in coming weeks. https://bit.ly/TexasWaterWeekly
