• Consider an Ordinance of the Town Council of White Bluff, Tennessee, to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance to define and add specific requirements for Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses, Amendments to the Definitions of Essential Services, Limited Manufacturing Activities, Business and Communication Services, and Data Centers, as well as Development Standards regarding the same.
• Consider a six (6) month Moratorium on Data Centers in order to Enact Additional Appropriate Regulations.
• Review Specifications for roof repair at White Bluff Pharmacy.

Be advised that the railroad crossing at White Bluff Rd. will be closed for maintenance on Thursday, June 11, 2026, for approximately 24 hours. The crossing is scheduled to reopen on Friday, June 12, 2026.

You will be required to find an alternate crossing during this time.

Before Thursday night's council work session meeting, the Mayor and Town Council honored the CWHS Flag Football team with three signed proclamations recognizing the team's exceptional season and state championship performance. Special recognition was also given to Head Coach James Smith and MVP Hollee Wilson for their leadership, dedication, and accomplishments throughout the season. Congratulations to all for an exceptional year, and way to go, Lady Redhawks! 🏈

The Town of White Bluff is now accepting vendor applications for our 4th of July Celebration, commemorating the 250th Birthday of the United States of America!
This promises to be one of the biggest community events of the year, featuring live music, food trucks, games, contests, vendors, and a spectacular fireworks show. We are looking for a variety of vendors to help make this historic celebration one to remember!
