A great day for John and Debbie!

Today John and Debbie entered produce and flowers in the Ohio County Fair. Then they enjoyed a delicious lunch and peanut butter pie for dessert. A huge thank you to our amazing gardeners Meredith and Paula for their dedication and hard work. Stay tuned to see if they won ribbons!

*We really wanted to have lunch at Oglebayfest in the artist's market, but it was colder than expected and far too crowded to try to maneuver our friends through the people. This is why we work so hard. We do it for John, Debbie, Mark, and Eric. These folks had a hand in everything we entered into the fair. They started seeds, they got on the ground and planted. They harvested the potatoes that were entered. Without the help of our volunteers, none of this would be possible. So please pat yourself on the back and know that you also helped earn those ribbons. That's about a wrap on garden season. Now we shut it down and plan for next year. It's bittersweet.
