Positive Solutions and Consultation is looking for a compassionate and reliable **ABA Therapist / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)** to support adults with developmental and behavioral needs.

🕒 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | **10:00 AM – 6:00 PM**
📍 **Adult Services Program**

💲 **Pay:**
• **$18.50/hour to start**
• **$20.00/hour with RBT credential**

**What you'll do:**
• Provide direct support and ABA-based interventions
• Assist individuals with daily living and community activities
• Implement behavior plans and skill-building programs
• Support independence, communication, and life skills
• Work closely with a supportive clinical team

**We’re looking for someone who:**
✔ Enjoys helping others grow and succeed
✔ Is patient, dependable, and team-oriented
✔ Has experience in ABA, caregiving, or behavioral health (preferred but not required)
✔ Is passionate about making a difference in adults’ lives

Positive Solutions and Consultation (PSC), in partnership with SpectrumCare, is preparing to launch a Life Skills Training Program. This program will provide adolescents and young adults (12-21 years old) with autism and other developmental disabilities with training and skill development activities needed for independent living after high school.
