Help us celebrate our client and friend on ! After months of waiting, D has secured a permanent housing solution through the statewide referral network! Previously in Permanent Supportive Housing, D's perseverance has paid off with long-term stability in a new community.

Earlier this week, in the pouring rain, D's case management team (Chris, Mandi, and even Mandi’s son Bryan, pictured below!) helped him pack all his belongings, obtain a new car battery, and get ready to embark on his next chapter: starting with a six-hour drive from DuPage County. Please join us in celebrating this accomplishment with his case managers!

We extend our deep gratitude for their many years of unwavering support for our mission, and for serving a wonderful taco dinner at the Interim Housing Center last month. We are so grateful that Hinsdale UMC is a part of our community!
