Love to drive? 🚗 Want to make a real difference?
Care Connection for Aging Services is looking for compassionate volunteers to join our Provide-A-Ride (PAR) program!
As a PAR volunteer, you’ll use your own vehicle to help older adults get to out-of-county medical appointments—providing more than just a ride, but reassurance, connection, and peace of mind. Best of all, you can accept trips when it fits your schedule, and mileage reimbursement may be available.
Volunteer requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Willingness to complete background checks
Ability to travel 1–2 hours from home when needed
A friendly, caring attitude 💙
If you’re looking for a flexible, meaningful way to give back, we’d love to hear from you.

Taking care of your health includes staying up to date on important screenings. If you’re due for a mammogram, make time for yourself and schedule your screening.

🎀 A little reminder: Avoid using deodorant or antiperspirant on the day of your mammogram, as some ingredients can show up on the images and may require additional evaluation.

At Care Connection for Aging Services, we encourage everyone to prioritize their health and take those important steps toward prevention and early detection. 💗
