Items accepted:
• Paint, stains, thinners, st****er
• Glues, resins, adhesives
• Household cleaners
• Herbicides, insecticides, pesticides
• Wood preservatives
• Swimming pool chemicals
• Aerosol cans
• Cleaners
• Oil, engine degreasers, brake fluids
• Antifreeze
• Waste fuels
• Batteries
Do NOT bring:
• Tires
• Explosives, fireworks, am******on
• Medications/Drugs
• Biological waste
• Radioactive waste
• Propane cylinders
• Unknown compressed gas cylinders
For your safety:
• Never mix chemicals
• Never smoke while handling hazardous materials
• Do not place waste in plastic garbage bags
• Tighten caps and lids leaving material in original labeled containers
• Sort and pack paint, pesticides, and household cleaners separately
• Pack containers in sturdy upright boxes and pad with newspaper
• Pack your vehicle and go directly to the site
