The Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma (HASNOK) is seeking an experienced and innovative Computer & Information Technology Systems Manager to lead our organization's technology infrastructure and strategic IT initiatives.

๐น Position: Computer & Information Technology Systems Manager
๐น Location: Wewoka, Oklahoma
๐น Reports To: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
โ
Lead and manage HASNOK's information technology systems and infrastructure
โ
Maintain secure, stable, and reliable networks, servers, and communications systems
โ
Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and system backups
โ
Manage hardware, software, telecommunications, and technology vendors
โ
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategic technology plans
โ
Support virtualization, enterprise Wi-Fi, surveillance systems, and unified communications
โ
Collaborate with leadership to identify technology solutions that improve organizational performance
โ
Prepare reports, budgets, and recommendations for current and future IT operations
Preferred Qualifications:
โ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
โ Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible IT administration experience
โ Experience with network administration, virtualization technologies, SAN environments, and enterprise systems
โ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, telecommunications, databases, and cloud technologies
โ Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
