Reminder that the deadline for drop off is December 1 and the city will be closed next Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.

The Westworth Village Police Department partners with the Alliance for Children organization. Each year they host the Christmas Connection, a pop-up store where families served through their agency are able to shop for free. Each year they serve hundreds of child abuse victims and their siblings.

We will be collecting new, unwrapped items appropriate for ages 0—17 at City Hall. We will deliver them to Alliance. The deadline for drop off is December 1st. You may also participate via their Amazon wish list at https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2TYS3C3BJIH4E?ref_=wl_fv_le or donate money directly at: https://my.onecause.com/event/organizations/sf-001C000001FEjiKIAT/events/vevt:48d6a95e-8f4b-4e4d-abad-f8bbb1e9f403/sponsorship-packages

They are also accepting volunteers for gift wrapping, organizing the store, toy assembly, and personal shopping. If you are interested, contact [email protected]
