A caregiver is someone who provides personal care services for their parent, spouse or significant other, adult child, family member, neighbor or a friend.

These services could include assistance with activities of daily living- like cooking, or help with daily hygiene, or providing supervision for their safety.

BEAR HUGS for the HOLIDAYS
BergenCare Home Health & Personal Touch is hosting a Teddy Bear Drive to benefit the Bear Hugs for the Holidays program. Started in 1998, this end-of-the-year program helps provide cheer to Bergen County hospital patients and disadvantaged children in community day-care centers during the holiday season. This North Jersey Media Group Foundation program was launched in 1998. Bear Hugs collects new teddy bears and other new stuffed and distributes them to hospitals, medical facilities, and various local United Ways. You can drop off new stuffed animals to BergenCare Home Health & Personal Touch located at 400 Old Hook Road in Westwood, NJ.
