YOU ARE A CAREGIVER
A caregiver is someone who provides personal care services for their parent, spouse or significant other, adult child, family member, neighbor or a friend.
These services could include assistance with activities of daily living- like cooking, or help with daily hygiene, or providing supervision for their safety.
