Take a trip with our program manager, Gretchen, down the shopping aisles and learn some easy trips to UnPlastic your next shop! 🍎🍋🥒🥩

You don't need to fix your whole cart in one trip. Next time you shop, pick one aisle and pause before grabbing the plastic. Is there a paper, cardboard, or loose version nearby?

Every swap is small on its own. But multiplied across carts, neighborhoods, and a town, every small choice makes a huge difference!

Notebooks and folders and pens… oh my! It can only mean one thing… it’s Back-to-School Season!

This , we’re sorting through some common school supplies to figure out what belongs in the recycling bin, what belongs in the trash, and when reusing or donating is the best option.

Cheers to a healthy and sustainable school year! 🎒📚♻️

We’re closing out Plastic-Free July with a nod to our newest water refill station, now open at Winslow Park, where people AND pups can stay hydrated while helping reduce single-use plastic bottles.

A special thank you to everyone who has supported this effort. Because of your generosity, these refill stations are becoming a reality throughout our community.

And it’s just the beginning! 💚 🐕

Now this is our kind of sunshine! 🌞 🎉

Nothing makes us smile more than seeing Camp Compo kids using the new water refill station at the Compo Beach basketball courts to fill their Sustainable Westport reusable water bottles!

To everyone who donated, volunteered, shared our mission, or cheered us on: thank you. You didn't just help install a water station - you are helping to build a healthier, more sustainable future for the next generation.

And we're just getting started! More refill stations are on the way as we continue working together to make it easier to ditch single-use plastic and choose reusables.

Thank you for helping us build a greener, healthier Westport - one refill at a time. 💚 🩵
