Update:
 ANIMAL CONTROL brought this cat to the vet the same day where the Veterinarian deemed the cat unable to thrive therefore deciding to euthanize the cat.
ANIMAL CONTROL has the possession of the cat and will hold it for the allotted time for stray Animals .
