Pricetown Vol. Fire Department

We proudly provide Fire and Rescue services to the people of Pricetown and surrounding areas. Pricetown Volunteer Fire Department was founded in May of 1953.

We are 100% volunteer dedicated to serving those in need. We are located in the small community of Pricetown in Lewis County, West Virginia. We provide fire, rescue, and assist Lewis County EMS on medical calls. In addition to our normal operations, we also provide mutual aid assistance to departments in Lewis county and other agencies in surrounding counties that may request our assistance. We operate 2 engines, 1 tanker, and 1 brush/support unit. For further assistance feel free to contact us.

The Pricetown Volunteer Fire Department is opening its doors as a warming shelter for anyone in need.

If you or someone you know needs a safe, warm place, please come to the station. We are here to help and provide a secure environment during this time.

A winter storm watch is in effect, and hazardous conditions may develop over the coming days. Please plan ahead and take steps to stay safe and warm. Limit travel if possible, and if you must go out, allow extra time and keep an emergency kit in your vehicle. Dress in layers, wear hats and gloves, and protect exposed skin from the cold. At home, ensure you have enough food, water, medications, and heating supplies, and check on neighbors who may need assistance. Stay informed by monitoring local weather updates and follow guidance from emergency officials.
