Kevin and his wife Beth are in Chicago for the NACS Convention, where Kevin is being recognized as one of the top three recipients nationwide for the 24/7 First Responder of the Year award. 🚒🚓🚑

Today we took time out of our morning to remember the tragic events that happened 20 years ago. We also had the privilege to host the American Legion Riders Post 17 who presented the Westmoreland/ 7 Township with a letter of appreciation.

Fire Chief Jim Smith is retiring on June 1st, after 48 years of service. On Saturday June 5th, 2021 there will be a party at the Westmoreland 7 Township fire station. We will open the doors at 2 and be there until 4. We welcome you to come say goodbye to Jim as he embarks on a new journey. Cake, and punch will be served. Thank you Chief Smith for everything you have done for the department and our community.
