To answer a question: Wildlife food plots are for varying purposes, but the main ones are health and size of the deer on your property, seeing the more exotic wild game we have here in New England, and great opportunities for wildlife photographers.
Hunters take stands near food plots, and archers have long known the advantage of having many more deer in the area. Turkeys and bears ,love them depending on what you plant, and owls and hawks take full advantage too! This is the time of year to start!
