At any rate, this is the racket that got me out of the house one morning last week before the snows came - the state having brush cutting done on the Rail Trail over the 1848 Cattle Underpass (aka part of my property's 1848 deeded RR access rights) that the state NHDOT/Graves RR contracts' Exhibit B maps show as "REMOVED"!?!? STATE CONTRACT FRAUD, anyone? [This is looking West to East...]
