If you haven’t heard, today is Mrs. Brown’s last day! It is a bittersweet change since she’s been Mrs. LaRue’s partner in the library at Mountain Range since 2013!! It is definitely going to be different without her here welcoming students every morning and managing basically everything with ease and grace. We all wish her the best as she tackles a new position at a new school, but she doesn’t really need the luck. Mrs. Brown always knows what needs to be done without being asked, and she does so much behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly. She’s been a huge asset to The Mountain (especially for Mrs. LaRue!). But, her kindness and approachability may be missed the most…she offered a listening ear and kind heart to both students and staff. She will be missed terribly, but we’re so excited for her new opportunity. Good luck, Mrs. Brown!! Your new home is lucky to have you!!
