My sweet Fuzzy girl, the only kitty I have always by my side always on my lap and I know that she feels the loss the same as I do. We lost her litter mate.Yelppy and then Nellie. It’s a different feeling… I pray she stays as healthy as possible. She is 14.5 years old and I’ve had her since she was 3 weeks old and she was hand raised by me and my daughter. ❤️❤️

I have been reading “It is not supposed to be this way” by Lysa Terkeurst… todays chapter was on obedience/suffering and trust. The chapter was about pain ( physical, emotional, relationships, mental) how obedience is the daily practice of trusting God. That God will allow us to suffer not to hurt us but to save us. To trust God is to trust his timing, His way. Proverbs 13:12 “ Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life”. ❤️

New hours for Mo's Bag Food Pantry 11 Am to 1 PM on the second and third Friday of every month. Come be blessed. Required documentation: valid ID and some sort of current mail that matches your ID ( utility bill, medical bill, etc)

SAVE THE DATE.... SATURDAY 12/29/2012 Mo's Food Pantry will be hosting a mobil food bank provided by the SHAW family starting at 1:00 PM in the back parking lot of His Place Westminster Church. Hello...Letting everyone know that Mo's Bag Food Pantry is available to church members/families in the community and anyone in need of groceries. We are open the second and third Friday of every month from 1-4 PM. Some start lining and signing up around noon. All you need to is valid ID and something with your name on it and your address...Like a utility bill. On the Second Friday we get about 8000 pounds of food delivered from Second Harvest Food Bank. On the 3rd Friday we had out canned goods, meat, cereal, pasta, soup, canned fruit, condiments that sort of thing!

This last friday we had our 4TH mobile food pantry at Mo's Bag. 11,ooo pounds of fresh pears, apples, oranges, squash, cucumbers, bananas, potatoes, strawberries, black berries, melons, different packaged salad mixs, carrots, tomatoes, juices and bread and rolls were some of the items delivered.
I have to say a great shouting THANK YOU to all our volunteers who give so generously of their time and strenght to Mo's Bag. This last friday it was at least 100 degrees in the parking lot, but still everyone served the Lord with a smile.
The Mobile food pantry is a trailer that is delivered, from 2nd Harvest Food Bank, with roll up sides. It parks in our parking lot for 2 hours. All bodies are working feverishly to get the food off the truck, bagged and ready to be handed out. Sometimes we just cannot get all the food off the truck in time. These volunteers are the backbone of the Mo's Bad Food Pantry at His Place Church and not enough can be said about them. If you have it on your heart to serve with you hands come to the church on the 2nd Friday of each month about 12:30pm.
