2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election Early Voting Information

Thursday, June 11 through Thursday, June 18, 2026. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You can go to any one of the three Early Voting Centers listed below to vote.

1. Westminster Senior Center: 125 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157

2. South Carroll Senior Center: 5928 Mineral Hill Road, Sykesville, MD 21784

3. Charles Carroll Community Center: 3719 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158

The Board of Canvassers for Carroll County will begin the process of opening, reviewing, and scanning the mail-in ballots we have received so far for the 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election. Results will not be available until after the polls close on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Mail-in Ballot drop boxes are available 24/7 and will be locked at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. The ballot drop boxes are under 24/7 surveillance and are very secure. No one has access to the drop boxes except for trusted election officials.

Mt. Airy Senior Center: 703 Ridge Avenue, Mt. Airy, MD 21771

Charles Carroll Community Center: 3719 Littlestown Pike, Westminster MD 21158

South Carroll Senior Center: 5928 Mineral Hill Road, Sykesville, MD 21784

Taneytown Senior Center: 220 Roberts Mill Road, Taneytown, MD 21787

Westminster Senior Center: 125 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157

You can drop your ballot off at one of the drop box locations in Carroll County. Ballots are picked up from the boxes every day by election officials. The drop boxes are not the property of the United States Postal Service.
