Westminster Municipal Band

Westminster Municipal Band Since 1893, the Westminster Municipal Band has been providing great music in Carroll County and surrounding areas playing concerts and parades.

The Westminster Municipal Band is an all volunteer marching/concert band that welcomes all levels of musicianship. We are always looking for new members who have musical training on their chosen instrument. Rehearsals are held on Monday nights 7-8:30pm at our Band Hall. Our rehearsal season is September-May with a break over the winter holidays. We are the "Official Band of the Maryland State Firefighters Association Convention" playing for convention activities each June in Ocean City.

Our annual strawberry social will be held on May 16th from 4 pm to 7 pm at the fire house social hall. Come out and enjoy a fried chicken platter along with strawberries and ice cream. Music is provided by the Westminster Municipal Band.
