This morning, APS pushed out a new Major SmartHub Web Portal update. The details are below but the biggest change you will experience is that all individual users can now login to the Web Portal. There are still admins for each station and they can choose how much access each user gets. You now have to login with your registered email instead of a username.

The URL for logging in is portal.apssmarthub.com

Web Release 4.0.0

Major Release:

Station Users will now be able to log into the web portal to manage aspects of the station's SmartHub System.

Previous Station Administrator usernames are no longer valid. All logins are now an email address. Please email support if you are an admin that can't log into the account.

By default, previously recorded station admin emails will carry over as the new station admin.

Feel free to assign members to station roles. Call (410-239-4644) or email ([email protected]) our team if there are questions. Only station admins can assign other station admins.

Previous App permissions will remain the same.

New Station Selector function for members within different stations, that user may and can have different administrative roles per station.

Thank you for your continued support and patience while we worked to develop these new features. Please report any bugs or issues to smartsupport@firehousealerting.

This week we are in Fargo, North Dakota completing the last 4 stations of an 8 station project. We brought Station 1 online and about 30 minutes later, they received their first call for service with their new system.

With a direct connection into their CAD System we are able to utilize pending data which gives the station a jump on their calls. The stations will drastically see improved response times.

The crew for this call was ready to go within 58 seconds of dispatch.
