It’s Mindful Monday! Today is Memorial Day, a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who served our country. As we reflect, let’s also take a moment to prioritize our mental health. It’s okay to take time for yourself, to rest, recharge, and check in with how you're feeling. Remember, self-care is just as important as caring for others.

This weekend, make sure you use a food thermometer to grill meat to a safe internal temperature. The food thermometer should be placed in the thickest part of the meat and should not be touching bone, fat, or gristle. Check the temperature in several places to make sure the food is evenly heated.
