RMS of Ohio – Northeast Region (Westlake location) was honored to be part of the unforgettable Night to Shine 2026 celebration!

Night to Shine is a complimentary worldwide event for individuals with special needs, ages 14 and older, hosted by local churches around the globe. It’s a night centered on joy, dignity and celebration where every guest is treated like royalty.

From the moment our attendees walked the red carpet to cheering crowds and flashing cameras, the evening was filled with smiles, laughter, and confidence. Guests enjoyed:
• Hair and makeup stations
• Limousine rides
• Karaoke performances
• A catered dinner
• Dancing and music
• Special gifts
• A Sensory Room and Respite Room for families

And a crowning ceremony where EVERY guest was honored as a King or Queen!

At RMS of Ohio, every day is an opportunity to learn, connect and share meaningful moments together.

At our New Opportunities location in Ottawa, OH, Cher recently led an engaging and important discussion on stranger danger, helping individuals build awareness and confidence to stay safe in the community. We are grateful for her dedication to providing practical, empowering education in a supportive environment.

We also had a special visit from a very beloved guest! Our ADS Manager, Jodi, brings Charlie in once a month to spend time with everyone. The smiles say it all. This little guy brings so much joy wherever he goes!

Arionna Brown was the December Employee of the Month for RMS of Ohio's North Central Region. When one of her co-workers was on medical leave she stepped up and filled the gap with her leadership skills in the ADS program in Ottawa.

Arionna is always coming up with something new for our individuals to do and is always willing to assist her co-workers. During the month of December, she assisted in the Lima ADS program for a couple of days when we were short a staff. She is always flexible and a has positive attitude!
