One year ago today on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, the Smith family's lives were changed forever. After leaving a routine check up, a then 18 week pregnant Mallory and her husband, were struck by a police vehicle responding to an emergency situation. Mallory and Andrew lost their unborn daughter, Elia, as a result of the collision. We cannot bring Elia back, but we can make a change for her.
